Ian Fuller is responsible for transforming Nedbank’s finance, HR, procurement, and corporate real estate functions as the company transitions to a new target operating model that replaces 43 disparate legacy systems with a single SAP ERP solution. Nedbank’s multi-functional Group Shared Services Centre, which Mr. Fuller built and managed for the past ten years, will be expanded into a global business services organisation.
Shiraz Sarang is the chief procurement officer for Nedbank Ltd, one of the four largest banks in South Africa. Previously serving the company as head of strategic sourcing, he moved into his current role four years ago.
